Established in 1962, Rider Levett Bucknall Brisbane provides quality Quantity Surveying, Cost Management, Infrastructure and Advisory services to Queensland (including the remote islands), interstate and overseas.
Brisbane and the Queensland offices collectively, are closely linked. Together these offices have a staff total of 77, including 5 directors, 11 managers/senior associates, 2 associates and 47 technical staff.
The Brisbane team has extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of the property and construction industry and are specialists in the following sectors: aquatic centres, airports, bridges, civil construction, commercial office developments, defence, education, health, heritage listed, hotels, industrial construction, infrastructure (roads, bridges, marinas, water pipelines), land subdivision, law courts/prisons, process engineering, rail rolling stock, residential/high density, resort hotels, retail projects, roads, schools, service industry, sewerage, shopping centres and theme parks.
The team is proud to have worked on significant projects such as the award winning Queens Plaza Shopping Centre, Riparian and Green Square.
Currently, Brisbane is working on the Sunshine Coast Hospital, Hale Street Bridge, Queensland Water Grid Program, Vision Tower and office towers at 400 and 275 George Street.
