Established in 1981, Rider Levett Bucknall Cairns provides quality Quantity Surveying, Cost Management and Advisory services to Far North Queensland (including the Torres Strait Islands) and Papua New Guinea.
Cairns and the Queensland offices collectively, are closely linked. Together these offices have a staff total of 77, including 5 directors, 11 managers/senior associates, 2 associates and 47 technical staff.
The Cairns team has extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of the property and construction industry and are specialists in the following sectors: aquatic centres, airports, civil construction, commercial development, education, health, hotels/resorts, industrial construction, residential/high density, retail, roads, service industry, remote areas and Papua New Guinea.
The team is proud to have worked on significant project such as Cairns International and Domestic Airport, James Cook University and Cityport North Redevelopment.
