Established in 1956, Rider Levett Bucknall Australian Capital Territory (ACT) provides Quantity Surveying, Cost Management and Advisory services to the ACT and regional Southern NSW. The ACT office has been involved with a diverse range of project types providing value driven services to private sector clients, the ACT Government and the Australian Federal Government.
The ACT team has extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of the property and construction industry and are specialists in the following sectors: aquatic centres, airports, civil construction, commercial development, education, embassies/high commissions, health, heritage listed, industrial construction, justice/prison, residential/high density, retail, roads, theme/amusement parks and water supply/storage.
The office has a staff total of 10, including 2 directors and 7 technical staff. Staff are able to provide professional services for minor project through to large, iconic projects.
The team is proud to have worked on significant project such as the ANU Hedley Bull Centre, National Library of Australia and Alexander Maconochie Centre.
