Established in 1976, Rider Levett Bucknall Gold Coast provides quality Quantity Surveying, Cost Management and Advisory services to clients on Queensland’s Gold Coast, which extends from just south of Brisbane to the Tweed Region and NSW.
The Gold Coast office is part of Rider Levett Bucknall Queensland, which has a staff total of 77, including 5 directors, 11 managers/senior associates, 2 associates and 47 technical staff.
The Gold Coast team has extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of the property and construction industry and are specialists in the following sectors: airports, casinos, club houses, high rise accommodation, hotels/resorts, residential low rise, schools, shopping centres and theme parks.
The team is proud to have worked on significant projects such as Movie World, Seaworld, Q1 Tower, Conrad Jupiters and Palazzo Versace.
