Rider Levett Bucknall opened in Sydney in 1954 and continues to lead the market and profession in the provision and development of quantity surveying, cost planning, cost management and property asset management consulting services. The latter being delivered via our Rider Levett Bucknall Advisory division which has been established since 1994.

The office comprises nine Directors, four Senior Associates, seven Associates and six Executive Surveyors and a dynamic technical team to make up 70 total staff including quantity surveyors, estimators, building services engineer and architects.
