Established in 1973, Rider Levett Bucknall Townsville provides quality Quantity Surveying, Cost Management and Advisory services to the North Queensland region of Mackay, Whitsundays, Townsville and West towards Mt Isa.
Townsville and the Queensland offices collectively, are closely linked. Together these offices have a staff total of 77, including 5 directors, 11 managers/senior associates, 2 associates and 47 technical staff.
The Townsville team has extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of the property and construction industry and are specialists in the following sectors: airports, civil construction, commercial, defence, education, expert witness, health projects, hospitality, industrial construction, justice and secure projects, marina works, sporting facilities, museum developments, residential/resorts, retail projects, tourism, and community facilities.
The team is proud to have worked on significant projects such as: Thuringowa Riverway, Peppers Blue on Blue Resort, Magnetic Island and the Australian Tropical Science & Innovation Project.
