Christchurch

Established in 1987, Rider Levett Bucknall Christchurch provides quality Quantity Surveying, Cost Management and Advisory services to the entire South Island of New Zealand.

Christchurch and the New Zealand offices collectively, are closely linked. Together these offices have a staff total of 63, including 12 directors, 7 associates and 44 technical staff.

The Christchurch team has extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of the property and construction industry and are specialists in the following sectors: aquatic centres, bulk retail, cinemas/multiplex, commercial, education, health, heritage listed, hotels and hospitality, industrial work, lender and investor services, residential and shopping malls.

The team is proud to have worked on significant project such as Christchurch Women's Hospital and Day Surgery, Christchurch City Council Civic Building and The Palms Shopping Mall.

The Christchurch office is a member of the New Zealand Green Building Council.
