Project
This $300+ million landmark development comprises of two residential apartment blocks:Tower A providing 450 residential apartments over 42 floors while Tower B features 145 serviced apartments over 30 floors.

The mixed-use development also includes commercial and retail space as well as recreational facilities for each residential tower within the podium levels, plus basement car parking.

Our role
Rider Levett Bucknall's role consisted of:

  • Estimating and Strategic cost planning
  • Post Contract Project Cost Certifier
  • Producing Financiers reports
  • Providing Tax Advice
  • Replacement cost exercises
  • Reviewing and certification of progress claims
