Case Study: Waterbrook Retirement Living Development, Greenwich, Sydney

Client: ANZ Banking Group

Project
Waterbrook at Greenwich offers 70 luxury two and three bedroom residential apartments. Designed for the elderly, these apartments challenge the pre-conceptions of retirement living, setting a new standard.

Marchese and Partners' concept design consisted of 10 blocks of high end homes linked within the landscaped gardens by paths and canopies. Hoteltype amenities include a full-time concierge, restaurant, hair and beauty salon, gymnasium, cinema, indoor heated pool and spa, craft room, woodworking room, putting green and outdoor chess set, and a bowling green.

The site was extremely difficult to access for construction and noise management due to the proximity of surrounding residents.
