Stephen Ballesty, Managing Director of Rider Levett Bucknall and Deputy Chairman of the FM Action Agenda, sees the Facilities Management (FM) Action Agenda to its half way point. With significant successes, the FM Action Agenda is forging ahead for the second half of its strategic plan.
