RIDER LEVETT BUCKNALL DIRECTOR WINS PRESTIGIOUS FACILITY MAMAGEMENT ASSOCIATION OF AUSTRALIA MEMBER OF THE YEAR AWARD!

The Facility Management Association of Australia Ltd (FMA Australia) is the professional membership body representing facility managers and related professionals involved in the strategic and operational management of significant facilities in public and private sector organisations. Facilities include commercial, educational, industrial, government and landmark buildings or infrastructure. Facility professionals either manage all aspects of these facilities or provide services to them.

The National Member of the Year is one of FMA Australia's most important individual recognition awards. This is awarded to an individual who has displayed exceptional commitment and dedication to FMA Australia over the past 12 months, and has tirelessly undertaken additional responsibilities for the benefit of a larger group of members and the reputation of FMA Australia.

Rider Levett Bucknall are proud to report that Stephen Ballesty, Director of Rider Levett Bucknall NSW has been recognised as this year's FMA Member of the Year!

Stephen has given generously of his time over many years to FMA Australia. His tireless contribution to the industry has culminated in many years service with the FMA Australia NSW Branch and as a director and National Chairman of FMA Australia. Stephen is currently Immediate Past Chairman of the National Board. He has served on many of the FMA Australia National Committee's and has made an outstanding contribution in chairing several ideaction conferences. Stephen is the Board Director for this year's ideaction. Stephen is also the Deputy Chairman of the FM Action Agenda and was project leader of the highly commended FM Exemplar Project.

This only just touches on some of the roles he has played over many years.

Stephen has been a huge contributor to the growth of FMA Australia and his support of the FM industry is seen constantly in his unswerving involvement both in Australia and internationally.
