Rider Levett Bucknall wins the quantity surveying contract for the State Government's Marjorie Jackson-Nelson Hospital

Rider Levett Bucknall is set to work on another Public Private Partnership (PPP) project after winning the quantity surveying contract for the South Australian State Government's Marjorie Jackson-Nelson Hospital in Adelaide.

The $1.7 billion hospital is the biggest single building project in South Australian history.

The hospital will be located on North Terrace, where at present, a rail shunting yard stands. The land will be remediated and restored to greenfield before construction commences in two to three years time.

Rider Levett Bucknall Adelaide Director, Mr. Stephen Knight, says: "We are very excited about winning this major project which consolidates Rider Levett Bucknall Adelaide's already extensive hospital portfolio."
