Rider Levett Bucknall are passionate about the development of world-class successful cities in a climate of uncertainty and political change. This is the focus of Conference 08 which will cover relevant issues such as politics, property and investment, infrastructure, compliance, development opportunities and sustainability.
Keynote speakers from around the world will provide their perspective on how to create a vibrant, successful city. Speakers will also address the issues of investment and finance in commercial property; looking at how increasing flows of international finance moving through deregulated economies influence commercial property investment and yields. The 'global recession' and its impact on investment finance and the New Zealand dollar will also feature, as will the impact of changes to investment tax laws on commercial property investment in New Zealand.
The conference will run from August 27, 2008 to August 29, 2008 at Te Papa, Wellington.
