Rider Levett Bucknall congratulate the 2009 Innovation and Excellence Award winners and highly commended projects for exemplifying creative thinking with their ideas and for challenging and improving our industry. We are pleased to continue our 27 year sponsorship of the Innovation and Excellence Awards and the Property Council of Australia.

The 2009 winners and highly commended projects were presented to 20 organisations selected from a field of 141 finalists across 13 award categories. The successful properties from this broad field have achieved award winning standards in a diverse range of areas including; enterprise, innovation, design, quality, value and environmental sustainability.
